This prestigious honor commemorates the legacy of Rab Wilkinson, a proud US Army veteran who served our Country from 1962 to 1964 in Chalons Vatry, France. The award celebrates outstanding dedication, selflessness, and community service, embodying the spirit of Rab's commitment to serving both his nation and his community.
